About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the community, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes. These rewarding roles assist clients with services including:

Currently, new company starting. A bright bubbly personality who is easy to get along with is required.

  • Direct care to the client, showering, all ADLs.
  • Clinical assessment and intervention to manage symptoms.
  • Assistance with feeding.
  • Peg Fed experience mandatory.
  • Medications via Peg.
  • Regular ongoing bookings are available.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the disability sector with the community setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to your work.
  • Ability to entertain and engage the client with the resources
  • on site.
  • Computer literate and able to use MS Office, email, and rostering systems.
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Current valid Driver’s Licence with your own reliable and insured vehicle.
  • Completed or able to complete Covid Infection
  • Control Training.

  • Regular ongoing bookings available.
